What This Data Means For Small Business Owners and Marketers

Small Business Owners and Marketers alike have started climbing the the Social Technographics Ladder at different speeds.  According to Forrester’s data, some have given up commenting on blogs, participating in forums, and reviewing products and services.  As social activity drops online, that presents opportunity for small business owners and marketers that want to take control of their online presence to get found, engage with and attract more qualified visitors to their website.  It’s time to take advantage of the prime opportunity that exists and to climb the social technographics ladder today.
